This Privacy Policy explains how Braincuber Technologies Pvt Ltd(“Braincuber”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use TailorApply (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (hashed).
• Resume and profile data: the resume, work history, skills, and job preferences you provide so we can tailor applications.
• Usage data: jobs viewed, matches, and applications, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details (see section 4).

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — tailoring resumes/cover letters, matching jobs, and managing applications.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and provide support.
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
• To communicate important account and service notices.

3. AI processing

We use third-party AI providers to generate tailored resume content and cover letters. Only the data needed for that task is sent, and it is not used by us to train public models.

4. Payments

Payments and subscription billing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle processes your payment information under its own privacy policy; we receive only the transaction and subscription details needed to provide the Service.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, AI generation, email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and where required by law.

6. Data retention and security

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from your account settings or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and resume data from active systems.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
