Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TailorApply (“TailorApply”, the “Service”), a product operated by Braincuber Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Braincuber”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TailorApply is a software-as-a-service platform that helps job seekers tailor resumes and cover letters to specific roles, match against relevant openings, and manage job applications. The Service is provided on a subscription and/or credit basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, billing and payment processor

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly) basis, and credit packs are billed as one-time purchases. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, billing enquiries, and tax. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information in applications, violating the terms of third-party job boards or applicant tracking systems, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the resume content and applications you submit.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by Braincuber and its licensors. You retain ownership of the resume and personal content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braincuber’s aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@tailorapply.io.
