Tailorapply is a job-application autopilot built by an 11-person team across New York City and Surat. It tailors your resume to each job, writes a per-job cover letter, auto-fills the ATS form on 20+ platforms, and tracks every reply — used by 12,400+ people every month. See what it does or how it works.
In 2024, our co-founder Pulkit was laid off from a senior engineering role. He spent six weeks applying — hand-writing cover letters, re-typing the same demographic information, missing replies that landed in his spam folder. The spreadsheet to track it all got to 400 rows. He had four interviews to show for it.
It was not that the jobs were not a good fit. It was that the cost of applying — financially zero, but emotionally enormous — meant he was only applying to the 10–15 roles he could muster the energy for each week. The right job for him was probably in there somewhere. He just could not get to it.
The first version of Tailorapply was a script that took his spreadsheet and submitted applications in batches overnight. Mayur joined as co-founder, redesigned the whole thing, and we launched to 50 beta users in March 2025.
Today, 12,400+ people use Tailorapply every month. We hear stories like his — and stories of people who got the job — every single day. That is why we keep building.
"Aggressive" mode rewrites — it does not invent. We do not add experience you do not have. We do not match keywords by making things up. If you have to read the bullet and cringe, it is wrong.
We do not sell your resume to recruiters. We do not share your applications with anyone outside the company you applied to. You can delete your account and everything we have about you in one click.
Support is one of us, not an LLM. Pulkit personally replies to every founder office hours request. We do not run engagement loops or growth-hack you back into the app.

No. Honest mode only reorders and resurfaces your real experience, and Aggressive mode rewrites the wording to match a job description — never the facts. You approve the diff before anything is sent. See how the flow works on the how-it-works page.
You can start free with 25 applications and no credit card. Paid plans raise your monthly application limit — compare them on the pricing page.
